2. Account, Payments & Fees
An account is mandatory to access the Service and its features.
The service operates on a credit system and new users receive free credits to try the service. After the trial, users can purchase additional credits. Fees are subject to change.
There is no refund or cancellation policy for purchased credits - payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
3. Intellectual Property
Artificial Sounds retains all intellectual property rights to its tools, AI models, and the Service as a whole.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our tools or technology.
4. Limitations of Liability
Artificial Sounds provides no guarantee of the accuracy, reliability, or availability of generated content or the service.
We are not responsible for any damages resulting from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5. Termination of Accounts
Accounts may be terminated for violating these Terms of Use or due to inactivity.
Artificial Sounds reserves the right to terminate the service at any time, at its sole discretion.
